Instructions
1 Boil pasta
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook pasta for 8 minutes or until "al dente".
2 Boil broccoli
In another pot, boil broccoli florets for 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain.
3 Fry chicken
Cut chicken to small cubes and fry in a large pan with oil for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
4 Mix
Add cream and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Once the pasta and broccoli are done, toss them in the pan with chicken and mix well. Remove from the heat but keep warm.
5 Slice
Slice the baguette to 1,5 cm slices. Melt the butter in a pan and add peeled and minced garlic. Once the butter is warm, place the bread slices into the pan and fry on both sides until slightly browned.
6 Serve
Meanwhile, chop tomatoes and basil. Season with black pepper. Once the breads are done, top them with the tomato and basil mix. Serve the crostinis with the Alfredo, finished with black pepper and the remaining Parmesan.
