Instructions

Clean and cut

Peel and cut the carrots into tiny cubes. Rinse green beans, trim off stems. Cut the beans to 2cm pieces. Peel and mince onion and garlic.
Fry veggies

Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Fry carrots, onions, and green beans for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Fry Chicken

Fry chicken mince. Bring fried veggies back to the pan. Add garlic, chilli flakes, turmeric, coriander, and cinnamon. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add and serve

4 Add and serve

Add raisins, couscous, water, and crumbled stock cube. Bring to a boil, mix well, and then take off the stove. Cover, and let the couscous soak up all the liquid, about 5 minutes. Add 2 Tsp of lemon juice and salt. Stir, fluffing the couscous. Top with pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped parsley.
