Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and crush the garlic. Chop the tomatoes. Grate the Parmesan.
2 Boil
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the tortellini. Bring back to a boil and cook for 2 min, then drain.
3 Fry
Meanwhile, heat a large pan over a high heat with a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the chickenmince and fry with a pinch of salt for 4-5 min until starting to crisp.
4 Add
Add the garlic, tomatopaste, tomatoes, measured water and crumbled chickenstockcube. Bring to a simmer and stir for 2 min until the stockcube dissolves.
5 Combine
Add the cooked and drained tortellini and the measured cookingcream. Bring to a simmer for 2 min. Finally fold in half of the grated Parmesan. Season with blackpepper.
6 Serve
Divide among plates. Garnish with the remaining Parmesan, fresh basil leaves and a generous grind of blackpepper.
