Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil green beans

1 Boil green beans

Rinse green beans and remove stems. Cut to sticks. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and boil the green bean sticks for 3 minutes. Drain.
Fry beef mince

2 Fry beef mince

Peel and chop garlic. Peel and grate ginger. Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat. Fry beef mince for about 5 minutes until nicely browned. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chilli flakes and black pepper. Stir for 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Cover and keep warm.
Make cauliflower rice

3 Make cauliflower rice

Grate the cauliflower with a box grater, or mince to small crumbles with a sharp knife. Heat oil in a pan and fry cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes, until the excess moisture has evaporated and the cauliflower has browned a bit. Season with salt.
Combine

4 Combine

Add the green beans and chopped spring onions to the meat mixture. Serve with cauliflower rice, topped with sesame seeds.
