Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep veggies
Cut broccoli to florets. Rinse green beans and discard stems. Peel and mince garlic. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2 Fry beef
Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Stir fry the beef quickly, for about 2 minutes.
3 Season beef
Add garlic and ginger. Fry for 1 more minute. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar,honey, chilli flakes, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Keep warm.
4 Boil veggies
Pour broccoli and green beans into the boiling salted water. Simmer for 4 minutes, until the veggies are crisp-tender. Drain well and serve with the fried beef.
