2 Fry beef
Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Add the beefmince, garliconionpowder, smokedpaprikapowder and tomatopaste and cook for 5 min.
Tip!Don't have a large pan? Use a large pot instead.
3 Simmer
Add the mushroomstock, oregano, tamari and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 12 min.
Tip!Add a splash of water if needed.

Add the basil and gratedorangecheddar to the beefpasta, cover with a lid, and cook for 1 final min. Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tip!Save some whole basil leaves for garnish.
