Brown sugar

Mozzarella ball 4*

Parmesan 4*

Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Tomato sauce

1 Tomato sauce

Add a drizzle of olive oil, the tomato passatastock cubetomato pastebrown sugaroreganomeasured watergarlic onion powder and whole cherry tomatoes to a large non-stick pan with a lid. Simmer, covered, for 8 min.

Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan. Pick the basil leaves. 
Cook gnocchi

3 Cook gnocchi

After 8 min, add the gnocchi to the pan and simmer for 3-5 min or until the gnocchi is cooked through.
Add cheese

4 Add cheese

Once the gnocchi are cooked through, sprinkle the Parmesan (reserve some for garnish) over the top. Drain the mozzarella, pat it dry and tear it over the top of the gnocchi. Cover the pan once more and simmer for 1 final min or until the cheese begins to melt.
Serve

5 Serve

Serve the gnocchi in bowls and top with the rocket and basil.
